How to apply
Your contractor applies for you. Qualifying equipment must be purchased and installed by June 30, 2027.
- Find an independent contractor through SAVEGREEN.
- Get a preliminary home energy audit.
The audit data sets your projected total energy savings and rebate.
- Do the insulation and seal up work, plus any equipment upgrades.
- Submit the application with the paid receipt and proof of permit.
Within 120 days of the equipment purchase date.

Up to $25,000 loan
New Jersey Natural Gas customers can finance up to $25,000 at 0% APR, repaid on the gas bill over seven years (up to 10 years for income-qualified customers), for high-efficiency heating, water heating and Whole Home Energy Solutions projects. The loan is net of NJNG rebates.
