Tideland EMC member; the water heater must be installed where Tideland EMC supplies the electricity.
Installed in the member's primary residence.
ENERGY STAR heat pump water heater; add-on heat pumps for a regular tank, tankless and standard tank water heaters don't qualify.

Applying
How to apply
You apply by mail. Send it within 3 months of buying or by December 31, 2026, whichever comes first.
- Buy and install an ENERGY STAR heat pump water heater in 2026.
- Mail the 2026 HPWH Rebate Form with the original dated sales receipt within 90 days of purchase.
