You need to meet all 4 of these.
Existing Citizens Energy Group natural gas customer, with the home already connected to Citizens service lines.
Existing single-family homes only. New homes and rental equipment don't qualify.
The furnace or water heater must be converted from another fuel (electricity, oil or propane) to natural gas. For a furnace, natural gas must be the sole or primary heating fuel afterwards; if you switch from an electric heat pump, the heat pump may only be used for cooling.
The installation must meet local building codes. Citizens may inspect, and a home inspection may be required if you install it yourself.
