Do I qualify?

You need to meet all 3 of these.

  • You live in a mobile home.

  • Ameren Illinois residential customer heating with gas or electricity delivered by Ameren Illinois, or an Ameren Illinois residential electric customer heating with propane.

  • Gross annual household income under a maximum based on household size and location. The limits aren't published on the page; the online eligibility check applies them.

How to apply

Get approved before you buy anything.

  1. Check eligibility and apply.

    Apply online or print the application from the Mobile Home Initiative page.

    Go to amerenillinoissavings.com

  2. Free home energy assessment.

    A qualified Energy Advisor assesses where the home loses energy.

  3. Receive the energy savings kit.

    LED bulbs, advanced power strips, showerheads and faucet aerators to install yourself.

  4. Equipment upgrades for select homes.

    A Program Ally installs heating equipment, insulation, a smart thermostat or sealing where the home is selected.
