The coil cleaning or recharge must be done by an HVAC contractor licensed in Arizona.

One rebate application per calendar year for each service (outdoor coil clean, indoor coil clean, refrigerant recharge).

How to apply
Within 90 days of the service; service must be done by Dec. 31, 2026.
- Have a licensed HVAC contractor service your system.
Ask for an invoice that says which coil was cleaned and whether refrigerant was recharged.
- Apply within 90 days.
Use TEP's online Coil Clean & Recharge application, or email the paper form with the invoice to TEPEfficientHome@franklinenergy.com or mail it to TEP Efficient Home, 88 E. Broadway Blvd., Tucson, AZ 85701.
- Receive payment.
A check or prepaid Mastercard within 6 to 8 weeks of final approval.
