Free kit. Option 1, window weatherization: door sweep, window insulation kit for up to 5 windows, foam weatherstripping, 12 switch and outlet gaskets and a can of insulating foam. Option 2, hot water conservation: 1.5 GPM showerhead, 1.5 GPM kitchen aerator, 1.0 GPM bathroom aerator and 3 feet of pipe insulation.
