You need to meet all 4 of these.

  • Dominion Energy South Carolina residential electric customer, or the owner of the home served by that account.

  • Duct sealing must cut leakage by at least 50% or 150 CFM, tested with a duct blaster before and after; duct insulation must reach at least R8. All accessible ductwork must be done.

  • One duct sealing or one duct insulation rebate per central AC or heat pump system, for the life of the system.

  • Installed by a licensed mechanical contractor; self-installed or DIY projects don't qualify.
