Atlantic City Electric customers in 1-4 unit homes can have a BPI-certified participating contractor do a comprehensive energy assessment and then complete recommended upgrades for rebates of up to $7,500, based on the energy savings achieved and capped at 50% of project costs. 0% financing is available.

Up to $7,500, based on the energy savings achieved when the job is finished (measured at the Test Out), and no more than 50% of project costs. ACE's page doesn't publish the savings formula. The assessment itself may carry a contractor fee.

You need to meet all 5 of these.
You must be an active Atlantic City Electric residential customer with a valid account number.
A single-family home, townhome, row home or 1-4 unit dwelling used as a primary residence. ACE's overview page says condos and apartments with separately metered units above or below aren't eligible.
Homeowners and tenants can take part; tenants need the landlord's written permission before the assessment.

Your contractor applies for you. Get approved before you buy anything.
- Select a participating contractor from ACE's approved list.
- Schedule the Whole Home Energy Solutions assessment.
- Review the Prioritized List of Measures and sign the proposal.
The contractor reserves the rebate for you.
- Sign the contract after the reservation is approved; finish the work within 60 days.
- Test Out and rebate.
The contractor submits the rebate documents within 30 days of installation; the check arrives 6-8 weeks after ACE receives the complete application.
