Eligibility
Do I qualify?
You need to meet all 4 of these.
The equipment must be installed in a home served by Dubois REC.
New heat pump water heater, or electric storage water heater with Wi-Fi built in (not an add-on device). Proof of the UEF rating is required.
Limit of two water heater rebates per account (or residence) over the useful life of the equipment.
Permanent residences occupied year-round (12 months) only.

How to apply
You apply by mail. The deadline for 2026 rebates is December 22, 2026.
- Install a qualifying water heater.
- Apply.
Print, sign and return the rebate request form to Dubois REC with the itemized invoice and proof of the UEF rating.
- Receive the rebate.
