$250 per single-pane window replaced, up to $2,500 per household, limited to 50% of eligible costs if that is less. Can be claimed in phases up to the maximum.

City of Naperville Electric Utility residential customer.
You must be contributing to Naperville's Renewable Energy Program when you apply and keep contributing at least $5 a month for 5 years after the award.

New construction is not eligible.
The existing windows must be single-pane (photos of each are required) and the new windows double- or triple-pane with a U-Factor of 0.30 or less.

Self-installs qualify.
- Apply online within 120 days of installation.
- Receive the incentive within about two months.
