Fixed-rate loan of $2,500 to $20,000 with no down payment, repaid monthly on the local power bill. Several upgrades can go on one loan, up to the $20,000 maximum. The rate and term depend on the local power company and aren't published on TVA's page.

Do I qualify?
You need to meet all 4 of these.
Your local power company must offer EnergyRight financing. In north Alabama, Hartselle Utilities says it does; Decatur Utilities runs its own version (see al-decatur-utilities-energyright-loan).
Credit score of 625 or above. TVA runs a soft credit pull.
All upgrades must be installed by a member of TVA's Quality Contractor Network.
