Do I qualify?
You need to meet all 4 of these.
Customer of a local power company that offers Home Uplift. Not all do, and no north Alabama power company's site confirms it.
Must meet income qualifications. TVA's page doesn't publish the limits.
Single-family home, or a manufactured home built after 1976 on a permanent foundation.
The home can't have received upgrades through a similar TVA-funded project in the last 20 years.
