Dominion Energy Virginia residential customer on a residential rate who is responsible for the electric bill.
Single-family detached or attached home (townhome or condo) or single-family manufactured, mobile or modular home. Apartment units in multifamily buildings are not eligible.
A product you already received through another Dominion program at the same address can't be sent again.
