Live in Dominion Energy's service area.
Facing a crisis: a disconnection notice, needing service reconnected, needing help keeping a payment plan, or a Budget Billing removal notice. There is no income limit; local agencies decide who is eligible. It is meant as assistance of last resort.
The extra $500 for veterans and people with disabilities requires enrollment in an approved voucher program.
