How much you get

No-cost installation. Homes with gas water heating get a water heater wrap, pipe insulation, high-efficiency showerheads and faucet aerators. Homes with gas heating get a new furnace filter plus a five-month supply, air sealing, attic insulation, duct sealing, wall, knee wall and floor insulation, a smart thermostat and furnace cleaning/tuning.

  • Columbia Gas of Virginia customer with natural gas water heating, space heating or both. Separate applications for single-family homes and multifamily property owners.

  • Either (income qualifying) household income at or below the greater of 80% of area median income (Virginia Housing) or 60% of state median income, or (age qualifying) age 60 or older with household income at or below 120% of state median income.
