Eligibility
Do I qualify?
You need to meet all 3 of these.
Rocky Mountain Power residential customer in Utah on rate schedule 1, 2, 3 or residential net metering. Landlords whose tenants are billed on those schedules also qualify.
Existing single-family or manufactured home, not new construction; devices must be new.
Rooftop heat tape controllers must be installed by a program-participating contractor; the home must already have roof heat tape.

How to apply
You apply online. Within 180 days of purchase or installation.
- Check the measure's requirements.

- Buy and install the qualifying product.
- Apply online within 180 days.
Create an account in the Wattsmart Homes online portal, enter your Rocky Mountain Power account number and service address exactly as on your bill, and upload your itemized receipt or invoice.
- Receive the rebate.
Issued within 14 business days after approval.
