The program sets these minimums for heat pumps and water heaters.
- Heat pumps
Air source heat pump under 5.4 tons: SEER2 16.3, HSPF2 8.2. Ductless mini-split heat pump: EER2 11.7, SEER2 15.2, HSPF2 7.8.
- Heat pump water heaters
Under 120 gallons, minimum UEF 2.20.
