Tideland EMC member; the home must be installed where Tideland EMC supplies the electricity.
Primary residence, purchased and occupied between January 1 and December 31, 2026.
New ENERGY STAR certified manufactured home.
A Tideland EMC energy auditor inspects the final installation (no fee) before the rebate is processed.

How to apply
You apply by mail. Send it within 3 months of buying or by January 30, 2027, whichever comes first.
- Make sure the dealer contract says an ENERGY STAR certified home will be delivered and installed.
- Mail the rebate form with the ENERGY STAR certificate and dealer sales invoice within 90 days of occupancy, and by January 30, 2027.
