Eligibility

Do I qualify?

You need to meet all 2 of these.

  • Pee Dee Electric member; the rebate is credited to the member's bill.

  • New homes must have R-30 ceiling, R-17 wall and R-19 floor insulation plus storm or double-paned windows or weather-stripped metal doors; existing homes must meet those standards where possible.

  2. Download the Heat Pump Rebate Application (PDF).
  3. Return it with the purchase receipt and the contractor's signed invoice.
  4. Receive the credit on your bill.
