Based on energy savings achieved: up to $10,000 for eligible upgrades, up to $15,000 for eligible electrification upgrades. Assessment $100 for homes up to 3,000 sq ft with one combustion appliance zone (may cost more otherwise).

How to apply
Your contractor applies for you. You need a program-approved reservation, and your contractor must submit the completed project application by December 31, 2026. Later projects wait on a Maryland PSC decision.

- Review the report and recommended upgrades with rebate amounts.
- Contractor completes the work; rebate is based on savings achieved.
