Peoples Gas residential customer.
Single-family home, two-flat, or individually metered condo or townhome.
Work must be done by one of the program's approved weatherization contractors, who applies the rebate as an instant discount.

Wall and attic insulation only qualify when bundled with air sealing; attic insulation needs existing R0 to R14 brought to R49 or more.
