Electric customers of IDEA member utilities get $30 for an ENERGY STAR clothes washer and $50 for an ENERGY STAR electric clothes dryer.
Amounts
How much you get
$30 per ENERGY STAR washer in single-family and manufactured homes, $100 per washer in a multifamily shared common area, and $50 per ENERGY STAR electric dryer in any home. The amount depends on which of these fits your install.

You need to meet all 2 of these.
Electric customer of an IDEA member utility: Albion, Burley, Declo, East End, Farmers, Heyburn, Minidoka, Riverside, Rupert, Soda Springs or Weiser.
Washer and dryer must be ENERGY STAR certified; dryers must be electric.
