You apply online. Send it within 3 months of buying or by October 10, 2027, whichever comes first.
- Have a contractor do the maintenance on JEA's checklist.
Thermostat, filters, condensate drain, coils, condenser cleaning and electrical checks, refrigerant pressure.
- Get a paid invoice showing the service, date and price.
- Apply online or email jearesidentialrebates@franklinenergy.com within 90 days.
