SREC Delaware Procurement Program
Run by Energize Delaware (Delaware Sustainable Energy Utility)
Owners of solar systems can bid to sell their Solar Renewable Energy Credits (one per 1,000 kWh produced) to Delmarva Power under multi-year contracts, through yearly solicitations run by Energize Delaware.

How much you get
Set by your own bid: the lowest bids in each tier win multi-year SREC contracts. Systems built with Delaware labor or Delaware-made parts get a 10% SREC bonus for each, or 20% for both.

You apply online. At least one solicitation a year, each with a two-week bid window. The next window isn't posted.
- Watch for the yearly solicitation.
- Submit a bid in the two-week window.
Give your system details and the SREC price you want.
- Sign a multi-year contract if your bid is accepted.
