Household income (before taxes) at or below the MID CARES guidelines, effective March 1, 2026: $43,280 a year for 1-2 people, $54,640 for 3, $66,000 for 4, $77,360 for 5, $88,720 for 6, $100,080 for 7, $111,440 for 8, plus $11,360 for each additional person.

Enrollment lasts up to three years, or as long as you qualify.

MID customers with household income up to $8,717 a month who use an electric life-support device at home, or need special heating or cooling for a medical condition, get 50% off the first 500 kWh each billing cycle.
