Amount varies
Hartselle Utilities natural gas customers may qualify for a low-interest loan, repaid on the utility bill over up to 120 months, for natural gas plumbing, installation, fees and qualifying appliances. The rate is the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate plus 2%, with a 6% minimum.
